The cooking in Au bout des doigts is based on the idea of mixing flavours. There is only one connecting thread: The Finger food meal. Savoury or sweet, hot or cold, but always creative and original. The Bite-size portions are always made using with seasonal products, following the inspiration of Chef Fabrice VERMUSE. Eight to twelve Bites-size portions make for a complete and balanced meal. Wines from all over the world, by the glass or by the bottle are in perfect harmony with all our dishes.
